2020 marks 142 years of proud tradition for the St. Andrews St. Clements Agricultural Society in preserving our agricultural heritage.  This year, our Fair and Rodeo begins Friday, July 10th and ends Sunday, July 12th.  We thank you for your support; the following sponsorship opportunities are available:

Friends of the Fair: $200.00 

• Name displayed in the fair handout 

• 2 one-day passes for your enjoyment 

Bronze Sponsor: $350.00 

• 1 banner displayed (supplied by sponsor) in prominent position throughout the park 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000) as a recognized sponsor 

• 2 weekend passes for your enjoyment 

Silver Sponsor: $750.00 

• 2 banners displayed (supplied by sponsor) in prominent positions throughout the park 

• Name announced as a shared credit to recognize your sponsorship during event announcement (when applicable) 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell good in our Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000), newspaper, website and social media recognition 

• 4 VIP passes (includes access to beer gardens, paid venues and parking)

Gold Sponsor: $1,500.00 

• 3 banners displayed (supplied by sponsor) in prominent positions throughout the park 

• Name announced at appropriate venue; 5-second tagline to promote your business during the rodeo and horse show 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell goods in our Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000) and Rodeo Program (1/4 page ad space)

Platinum Sponsor: $2,000.00 

• 3 banners displayed (supplied by sponsor) in prominent positions throughout the park 

• Name announced at appropriate venue; 5-second tagline to promote your business during the rodeo and horse show 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell goods in the Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000) and Rodeo Program (1/2 page ad space) 

• Radio, poster, newspaper, website and social media recognition 

• Sponsor profile in Fair and Rodeo Program (high resolution logo required by June 1st) 

• Sponsor Logo displayed on Jumbotron during the rodeo

• 8 VIP Passes (includes access to beer gardens, paid venues and parking) 

Title Sponsor: Three year commitment – 2020- $7,000; 2021 -$7,500; 2022 - $8,000 

• Exclusive Triple “S” Fair and Rodeo Title Sponsor to be labeled on all advertisements as follows – fair handouts, rodeo program, full page color ad space, newspaper insert, poster, website and social media recognition as well as radio inclusion as the title sponsor. 

• Exclusivity from competition 

• Space provided to set-up a booth/tent for community engagement 

• Banners displayed at prominent positions in the park (must be supplied by Sponsor) include: entry to Selkirk park, children’s entertainment tent, Demolition Derby pit, Rodeo arena, agricultural exhibition building, beer gardens, flag for rodeo ceremonies.

Rodeo Event Sponsor: $1,000.00 

• 2 Banners (1 banner in rodeo ring 3’ x 10’ supplied by sponsor) other banner in prominent position throughout the park 

• Name announced at appropriate event followed by a 5-second tag line to promote your business during the rodeo 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell goods in our Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000) and rodeo program (1/4 page ad space) 

• Poster, newspaper, website and social media recognition 

• Sponsor profile in Fair and Rodeo Program (high resolution logo required by June 1st)

Events available on first come basis are: Bareback; Saddle Bronc; Bull Riding; Tie Down Roping; Steer Wrestling; Ladies Barrels; Team Roping; Ladies Breakaway 

Chute Gate Sponsor: $700.00 

• Banner displayed on chute gate (2’ x 6’ coreplast supplied by sponsor) 

• Name announced every time your chute gate is opened 

• Photos posted on website and through social media of your chute gate as a sponsor until 2021 rodeo 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell goods in the Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• 3 VIP Passes (includes access to beer gardens, paid venues and parking) 

Horse Show Arena Sponsor: $500.00 

• 1 banner displayed in Horse Show Arena 

• Name announced as a sponsor at Horse Show Arena events 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000) 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell goods in our Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• Website and social media recognition 

• 2 VIP Passes (includes access to beer gardens, paid venues and parking)

Horse Show Arena Title Sponsor: $1,000.00 

• 2 Banners displayed in the Horse Show Arena (supplied by sponsor) 

• Event title as the “Your Business” Horse Show Arena and announced as such during all events 

• All advertisements and announcements to support your title sponsorship of the Horse Show Arena i.e: “Welcome to the Your Business Name Horse Show Arena” 

• Inclusion in fair handouts (5,000) 

• Opportunity to promote your business/sell goods in our Triple “S” Tack Barn 

• Poster, Newspaper, Website,  and Social Media recognition and radio inclusion as the Title Event Sponsor

Demolition Derby Sponsor: $700.00 

• 1 Banner displayed on back of the stands for all to see as they enter the demolition derby pit (as supplied by sponsor) 

• Banner moved to prominent position in the park following the derby for the remainder of the weekend
